c assist to hr bp to design and implement some activities to build positive *****pany culture 协助人力资源部设计和实施一些活动,以建立积极的公司文化;
d follow up recruitment pr’s approval process 跟进招聘公关审批流程;
e *****anize monthly skip level meeting to collect open issues and assist to them 组织月度越级会议,收集未解决的问题并协助解决;
f collect monthly award from each department and *****anize monthly award meeting 收集各部门月度奖励,组织月度奖励会议;
g consolidate monthly performance rating from related department 合并相关部门的月度绩效评级;
h assist to hr bp to finish hourly career path process each year 协助人力资源部完成每年每小时的职业路径流程;
